Nurture your Nervous System is an introduction into our Tremor Mechanism and the practice of TRE® - the innate and most natural mammalian response for mild stress all the way to PTSD. Each week we will meet for 2.5 hours online - In Part 1 we will explore some of the theory behind the model, and understand better how this unique frequency can move us towards better health. Part 2 will be very experiential, being supported deeply and safely through the exercises in a held and contained space.
